This is a very long, well muscled bull with lots of performance and the best disposition you could imagine.  He was in the top 100 bull calves born in 1995-1996 for both weaning and yearling weight, which follows from the fact that  he has one of the best performance pedigrees that horned and polled could collectively assemble. His dam is one of the best Z03 daughters we know of anywhere, and Powerhouse was the first of several successful crossings of MSU Optimum Z03 and HH Advance 9012Y.

For all we expected the performance, what we hadn't counted on was the kind of females Powerhouse would leave us. He increased milk flow and improved the udders in our cowherd without costing us an ounce of the weaning and yearling performance that we keep pushing for. Powerhouse will be remembered here as one of the greatest finds in our herd's history. Isn't it great when one bull just does everything?
