Caldwell Cows

Here is a wonderful General daughter from one of our best young cows. According to the latest EPD results, CHR Val K011 is the number 7 heifer calf in the breed for the multiple trait index.  She was born at only 55 lbs. and has grown into our top indexing heifer calf. But in addition to all that performance and EPDs, there are some truly remarkable cows in her pedigree as well. Her maternal granddam is one of our best cows. Her namesake, Southern Cross Val, is probably the best female ever raised by Burke Healey. Her average NR was 110. Then there's General's dam, JV Abby 303,.with an average NR of 111. What a family!
