Spring 2008 Calves

While every calf crop seems more exciting than any before it, this year we are really excited because all our spring calves are from CHR Optimum M201. The majority of the calves so far are polled. Of the 5 bulls and 6 heifers this spring, only 3 are horned. We have a lot of line bred Optimums in this group. We have daughters of Powerhouse, General, and 127 represented, and they are all showing off the great maternal genetics that these bulls brought into this herd. We are as proud as the mamas are and we think you'll be impressed, too.
