We never set out to be anything other than a performance herd which we define to be the collection and USE of objective measures of important traits. We didn't invent this, but to a great extent Burke and Skip Healey did. Badon is out of the best cow at Burke's Southern Cross Ranch, having already produced two herd bulls there before him. Here's an excellent combination of growth and maternal qualities. The Badon daughters among our replacement females have us really excited.
